Københavns Fødevarefællesskab er en medlemsejet- og drevet indkøbsforening, som tilbyder økologiske, lokalt producerede og bæredygtige fødevarer i et sæsonbaseret udbud.

Vores eksistens beror på det arbejde vi er fælles om at lægge i foreningen og vores arbejde er baseret på 10 grundprincipper om bæredygtighed og nærhed

Medlemskaber

  • I KBHFF kan man enten være frivilligt medlem eller støttemedlem. Mere om indmeldelse og medlemskaber.
  • Du vælger selv hvilket medlemsskab passer til dig, og du kan altid skifte medlemstype ved at kontakte din afdeling.

Medlemsarbejdet

  • Som frivillig kan du enten tage vagter i din afdeling, i fælleslageret, som chauffør eller i en af vore arbejdsgrupper.
  • Vi har ofte svært ved at finde chauffører og folk i fælleslageret (pakkehallen), da vagterne ligger i normal arbejdstid. Så har du lyst og mulighed for at tage en af disse, vil det blive ekstra værdsat.
  • De fleste vagter ligger fast om onsdagen, mens andre typer arbejde kan planlægges mere frit og laves hjemmefra.

  • Hvis du er forhindret i at møde op til medlemsarbejde skal du underrette din afdeling, og hvis muligt bytte vagt med en anden i afdelingen.
  • Man kan godt være flere om at dele et medlemskab og arbejde, fx en husstand.

Bestilling og afhentning af varer

  • Afhentningstidspunktet for varer er hver onsdag eftermiddag/aften.
  • Husk at medbringe din pose.
  • Deadline for bestilling er altid den forudgående onsdag.
  • Betaling kan ske online eller nede i afdelingen og er altid forud.
  • Indholdet af posen kan ses på hjemmesiden senest om mandagen forud for levering. Så man kender som regel ikke indholdet af posen, når man bestiller.
  • Ordren skal hentes inden for din afdelings åbningstid. Det behøver ikke være dig der afhenter, så du kan spørge en bekendt, skulle du være forhindret. Hvis du kommer udenfor åbningstid kan du ikke være garanteret at få dine varer, og du bliver ikke refunderet.
  • Hvis du har en ordre du gerne vil flytte til et andet tidspunkt kan dette gøres så længe deadline for bestilling ikke er overskredet. Efter deadline kan du prøve at sælge din pose fx på din afdelings facebookside, hvis du er forhindret i at afhente den selv.

Kontingent og organisation

Det årlige kontingent fastsættes hvert år på generalforsamlingen i april. Det nuværende kontingentet er på 200 kr for alle.

The Copenhagen Food Co-op (KBHFF) is a member-owned and volunteer-driven food co-operative.

Members are always welcome to get more involved and take initiatives. So if you see room for improvement and want to give a hand suggesting or implementing new ideas, write to us.

Memberships

  • Read more about membership in Danish here or in English here.
  • Prices in the webshop depend on your membership.
  • You can easily switch membership by asking someone at your local department (physically or by writing to them). You cannot change membership on your own. Be aware that changing membership triggers automatic emails sent to your department.

Shifts for volunteers - minimum 3 hours per month

  • Critical jobs that always need extra helping hands are the driving team, and the central distribution, both of which occur on Wednesdays during normal working hours. If you are able to help out here, it would be highly appreciated.
  • Some shifts are always on Wednesday, whereas others can be managed freely based on your own schedule.
  • You can read more about all the different shift types below and access the shiftplans here.
  • Information on the central groups is available here.
  • Please respect the other volunteers by ensuring your presence when it’s your turn to work. If you cannot make it, try to switch with someone else, or send a friend instead, AND let your department or team members know!
  • If you do not have a role yet, or want to change, write to your department or to one of the central groups. We are always happy for extra hands, and there are shifts that can be done from home (coordination, communication, IT) or physically in the warehouse, as driver, or in the local departments. See the shift cycle below.
  • If you wish to stop working (can be temporary or not), you can easily become a support member (støttemedlem) and you will pay a bit of extra money for the vegetable bag (grøntpose) but you will not be required to work.

Ordering produce and products

  • See what you can buy and for what price here.
  • Read about our producers here (in Danish).
  • Produce is sold on a weekly basis. The pick-up day is always on Wednesdays.
  • You need to bring your empty canvas bag or buy a new one for 50 kr. (only for vegetable bags - grøntpose). This is how we ensure no emballage.
  • The deadline for orders for a given date is 23:59 on the previous Wednesday. This limit is so that we only order exactly the amount purchased by our members, avoiding waste.
  • Orders and payment are completed online (log in to your account) or with one of the volunteers in your local department.
  • The contents of the bags can be seen on the website at the latest the Monday before the Wednesday of delivery. So when you purchase the bags, you usually don’t know the content.
  • You must pick up your orders in your department within the opening hours specified by each department. If you are delayed, you can ask a friend or a family member to pick it up for you, by giving them your name or member number to tell the volunteer in the shop. Another option is to contact the member(s) on shift and arrange a special drop-location or hiding spot for your items. If you arrive outside of the opening hours, you cannot be guaranteed to receive your orders and you will not be refunded.
  • If you know that you will be unable to pick up your items, or simply wish to postpone an order, you can change the delivery date yourself on your account, provided you do so a week before the delivery date (i.e. before the deadline closes for that Wednesday).
    If after the deadline, you can also try to sell your bag on the facebook group of your department.

Membership fee - kontingent

The annual membership fee is one of the decisions determined at the general assembly usually in April every year. Currently the fee is 200kr, regardless of your membership type.
