Hi! My name is Lola! I am a nutrition major at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in California, and I have always loved baking. Throughout school, I’ve had the opportunity to take several cooking classes, and just last summer, I even got to teach young kids how to cook! I am currently studying abroad in Denmark for the semester. What drew me here was the unique culture, focus on sustainability, strong sense of community, and overall Danish way of life. I’m so excited to share this cozy tradition of making pumpkin pie with you all, as it’s one of my favorite desserts!
