Vi glæder os over de første friske asparges og rabarber fra Svanholm, som nu er tilgængelige i løssalg. Fra næste uge kan vi få rabarber og asparges fra Svanholm i mindst fire uger, og hvis frosten holder sig væk og vejret fortsætter med lys og varme, så forlænges perioden måske!

Svanholm Gods ligger i det naturskønne Skibby‑område, hvor vores asparges og rabarber dyrkes med omsorg for jord og miljø. Svanholm driver et alsidigt økologisk landbrug med markafgrøder, malkekvæg, grøntsagsproduktion og frugtplantage og er en af pionererne inden for økologien, da Svanholm var med til at starte Økologisk Landsforening i 1981.

We are delighted that the first fresh asparagus and rhubarb from Svanholm are now available for individual sale. Starting next week we will have rhubarb and asparagus from Svanholm for at least four weeks, and if the frost stays away and the weather remains bright and warm, the season may be extended!
A little about Svanholm:
Svanholm Gods is located in the scenic Skibby area, where our asparagus and rhubarb are grown with care for the soil and the environment. Svanholm operates a diverse organic farm that includes field crops, dairy cattle, vegetable production and orchards, and it is one of the pioneers of organic farming, having helped launch the Organic Farmers Association (Økologisk Landsforening) in 1981.
