Dette er en undersøgelse af medlemmernes tilfredshed med ordningen med forudbestilt løssalg. Det sker desværre lidt ofte at der ikke bliver leveret præcist det, der er bestilt i forudbestilt løssalg. Det skyldes typisk interne fejl eller at avlerne alligevel ikke kunne levere de mængder der er blevet bestilt. Selvom det ofte kun angår et par af bestillingerne, er vi interesserede i at høre om jeres oplevelser med dette, da det muligvis kan være til frustration. Som vores system er sat op nu er der ikke kapacitet til at refundere manglende leveringer, så proceduren er at de erstattes af andre varer i butikken, som f.eks. olie, honning, most eller mel og den ordning vil vi også gerne høre jeres mening om.

This is a survey of members' satisfaction with the pre-order sales scheme. Unfortunately, it happens quite often that not exactly what has been ordered in pre-ordered sales is delivered. This is typically due to internal errors or because the growers were unable to deliver the quantities ordered. Although this often only affects a few of the orders, we are interested to hear about your experiences with this as it may be a source of frustration. As our system is set up now, there is no capacity to refund missing deliveries, so the procedure is to replace them with other items in the store, such as oil, honey, must or flour, and we would like to hear your opinion on this arrangement as well.
